Can’t really say if it’s easy to remove since they leaked like crazy and I couldn’t use them. Very disappointed since I was making quiche in my mini Instant pot. Not sure if I can return them since the packAging is gone. I thought Wilton was quality.

Sigh. They worked really well the first two times, but now I am debating throwing them out. They all leak if there is any sort of liquid. The first few times they formed a solid seal and didn't leak. They are getting difficult to clean because of the ridges of the design where the two pieces meet.

I love these! I bought them so my granddaughters could each have their own cake to decorate and they work perfectly! They are perfectly sized and I’ve had no problems with them. I highly recommend them.

Had to return the first order because a bottom plate was missing. The second-order arrived and one of them was dented. Not a big deal since I only needed them to make mini brioche. Overall, serves its purpose and I would suggest handwashing only.

We are careful about our food but love the birthday cake tradition...so this was our answer...we have a chocolate cake recipe that is so damn good I can hardly stand it. Lately we have put peanut butter between the layers...Ah Maze Ing!

I am not sure why the bottom part doesn't match the upper part. Maybe it is the manufacturing problem. Maybe because of the thin plastic box. It was shipped with a plastic bag. The bag was not broken but the plastic box inside was opened and dirty. I guess it's a returned product.

The bottom piece has a rolled edge, but with a small gap and four drainage (?) holes that are a bit difficult to fully clean. I suppose using a piece of parchment paper would address that. I have another set where the roll is not as pronounced and easier to clean. The same goes for the mating area on the springform shell

I specifically bought these to use in my instant pot mini to make desserts. They work great, I love them! For those in the same boat as me, I will say these do not sit side by side in the instant pot (mini). They also don’t stack very nicely unless you add aluminum foil for another layer. I have had no issues with leaks or getting them to come apart. Great for mini cheesecakes!

Taught a small group of teenagers to make cheesecake. The pans worked perfectly. I did not use a hot water bath for them. Put them straight in the preheated oven. We baked the crust before adding the cheesecake batter. Baked them for 35 minutes. Came out perfect. I love these pans. Christmas is going to be great fun! I bought 12 of them.

I purchased these pans to bake my daughter’s smash cake for her first birthday. They worked great. There was no sticking or leakage. They were also very easy to take apart and wash. I was very impressed with these tiny little cake pans.

Great size if you’re gonna make mini cakes but packaging could have been better. 2/3 cake molds were deformed, not circular anymore. Try packaging it in a box next time.

we really liked the size of these pans, but they leak really bad. Not quite sure how others didnt get it to do so, but for us it's not very good. Had to wrap the bottom in foil so that it would not leak all over the oven.

As there are only 2 of us and DBF loves cheesecake, I purchased these pans (2 sets for entertaining). I love that I can make a full recipe and make them in the mini pans. I can then freeze the extra ones and he can take them out and defrost them when he gets a hankering for cheesecake. I will be using both sets to make mini Italian cheesecakes to go along with our Italian Thanksgiving dinner. They are fantastic pans and you can make anything in these mini pans that you can make in a large pan.

Perfect size when I tried new chiffon cake recipe !But out of the three, two were not in perfect circles and that result some leakage when I put the batter in. But for the price, I guess it was okay.They are difficult to clean where the bottom meets the wall, because of the way it was fitted, the batter usually cakes in the rim, but with a brush, and some soaking, eventually they will come out.
