Using these smaller pans takes some practice and are they are not as forgiving as standard springforms. It took me a couple times but I'm now able to use these with ease.

Really a great set of pans for the money, but should be packaged in 2's or 4's. Most recipes for mini cheesecakes call for 4 mini pans, so you have to buy two sets (like me) to get the 4 that you need. That aside, they are a 5-star product that hold up well over time. No warpage and the seal on a smaller pan is far better than a large one.A 4" cheesecake serves 2 people a large portion, unless you want a single giant portion! These pans are perfect for entertaining and individualizing desserts for friends. Enjoy!

Haven't used these yet, but I believe they will have the Wilton quality. The perfect size for baking an individual/small thank you cheesecake, treat, tort or gift cake.

Envelope looked ok, when I opened it up the box the cake pans came in was spit in half! The paper showing the Wilton cake pans and size was crumbled on bottom!! Luckily I dont know how they weren't but pans are okay. Ugh horrible packaging though!!!
