Not a great quality item. The major issue with it is that once the tea bags are in it, the lid doesn’t fully shut. It is open about 1/4”. It looks horrible when out on display.

It's actually not tall enough to fix packaged tea (Stash brand) - so disappointed! I wish it did, it's very cute and good enuf quality for what its for.

It doesn't close all the way with regular tea bags. It just needs to be 3mm higher. Most tea bags these days are not Lipton size.

The box is lovely and useful, and it makes me happy to see my tea bags all lined up in it.That being said, there are a few flaws.-The box does have a glue odor. I let the box air out for a few days to try to dispell some of that, but it still does slightly stink. I was a little nervous to put my tea bags inside because I didn't want them to taste like glue. However, a few days later I brewed up some tea and it wasn't affected by the smell. The outside foil tea bag completely protected it from the scent.-The plastic window on the top is slightly thinner than what I would consider to be ideal. It won't really be a problem for me, because it is going to be lightly used but I wouldn't recommend it for heavy use or use by children because it seems like it won't take a lot of abuse. I also woudn't recommend storing anything on top of the box.My tea bags all fit perfectly lying down in the compartments, and it brings a smile to my face when I take it out to choose my tea. Could be imporved, but the price on it was good so I think considering the price it is a very good piece.

Doesn’t hold enough of my tea if I stack them so that’s a bit of a turn off because I have to leave some to remain in the store bought box but great design and smooth finish.

The product came in a sealed box so I was surprised to see two corners having these annoying gaps. The top doesn't close all the way either. It just looks like the top wasn't finished correctly at the factory or it may have been dropped.
