Not the best quality, but what would be expected for the price. The protective plastic film on the Plexiglas was hard to completely remove. I had to use tweezers to pull it from the edges. The inside dividers were a little splintered, so I sanded them. Strange odor, so I let it air out a day. If you're giving as a gift, you might want to check these things.

Again, the picture foiled me! I should have read more reviews! It's so much bigger than I thought it would be from the pictures, (my fault for not measuring, I know!) but, it's also loose fitting & i feel like it cannot keep your tea flavors separate or fresh. It's a FAIL.

It's too short.. by that I mean, if you want to stand the tea bags the lid closes and the glass hits it, so if its full the lid can't close. If the compartment isn't full and the teabags are leaning and therefore shorter, it closes fine and looks good. Aside from the size issue, the box is well made and looks good, just wish it was about 1cm taller so it could fit everything easily.

For under $12 this is a really great buy -- replaces the tea box I was currently using that I never really liked because you can't see the teabags when the lid is closed. This box fixes that problem and as a bonus holds more bags than the old box. It's helping me class up the kitchen a little bit!

Terrible terrible smell on the inside where the tea bags go. I smelled it let it air out for a couple days didn't really help but I decided to put the tea bags in there anyway. They sat for about an hour I pulled them out and they started to smell in the end I had to return it didn't want it to affect the tea at all.

When I bought this tea box the reviews had totaled to about 3.5 stars but because of the price I decided to take a gamble and buy it. I'm glad I did because the box is incredibly well made and the clear lid is really helpful. It holds a lot of tea, maybe I have 11 boxes worth of tea in mine, I'm not sure. It looks like a lot of the negative reviews are from several months ago so perhaps the manufacture updated the product. The only con is that the tea box should be a little longer because standard tea bags are too big for the lid to close all the way. If you've ever gotten tea bags wrapped in plastic (like at trader joes) those fit perfectly otherwise its not gonna work. I read that one reviewer cut the tea bags to better fit but I just left it so its like cracked open by 2 centimeters or so, not a huge deal. If you have $ to burn however then I would buy a tea box that was slightly bigger.

The see through top is make of acrylic, so it's very thin. The protective plastic in acrylic is very difficult to remove at the edges. The box has very sharp edges and my finger nail bed keeps on getting scraped everytime I put it take out tea bags. The hinges of the lid are rusty.Aesthetically, it is very beautiful, and keeps my tea organised.

It’s a nice box for the price! I have no issues with it, the glass is nice and clear, The wood is nice, the magnets are perfectly strong without being too strong.. oh and it fits in the cabinet perfectly!

This tea box didn’t need to do much to do it’s job, but was literally falling apart as I pulled it out of the box. The pieces were all there, but not put together well so they didn’t stay connected, we will have our glue it back together. If the price wasn’t so low, I’d bother with the return.
