We purchased two of these Funtainers for our elementary age daughters to take to school. After a couple of days use, we realized that one of the Funtainers was defective and did not hold heat. I contacted Amazon and they immediately shipped a new one. Very fast, prompt and courteous service. Amazon is great!!
