Pretty simple to set up, but hard to get perfectly straight without the correct tools (get a bubble level!) One of the wire shelves arrived bent. I can't find any way to order a replacement for just the shelf.

Excellent quality and awesome idea! I Have a walking closet and it fits just perfect. The poles can hold tons of clothes. Great look and very convinuence in your closet. One can take it or place it in different rooms avoiding making wholes in the walls. I highly recommend this product!

update: more than a year later, and with TONS of clothes on this it has never wavered, faltered, fallen, tipped over. it is phenomenal. we use it every day and LOVE it. i am still amazed by it.My boyfriend and I moved in together and needed a lot of extra closet space. We searched for a long time and this was EXACTLY what we were looking for. nothing else seemed big enough, good looking enough - or the ones that did look good were very expensive. I was extremely skeptical that this would stay up as it is supported only by tension rods, but it DOES. Now we use the "regular" closet to store our winter clothes, and this one to store clothes that we both use every day. It's holding a lot of clothes. I've already got complements on my outfits because I have rediscovered clothes I didn't remember I had - if you don't see em, you don't wear em. My boyfriend is the one who put this together all by sight...I didn't take part in that at all so I can't comment on it. I did read a helpful reviewer saying it helps to tilt the top back, make it as long as you can, then tilt it forward to make it tight as possible. This trick works. We also used a leveler to make sure it was even. We've had it for weeks and still sturdy, no tilting, no falling. I wish our room was big enough to get the even bigger closet, but for our small room size, this definitely does the trick. I have been emailing the amazon link to everyone I know. It really displays your clothes in a nice way, fits a LOT (even heavy items), looks a lot more expensive than it is, and is surprisingly lightweight and very strong. My only suggestion is that it come with detailed instructions, as I feel that might be helpful to people.

A truly great product. Box arrived just a few days after order was placed. Installation was fairly simple. Works perfectly AND I set mine up in an L-shape since I lack the wall space. If you are looking for a way to maximize the space in any room, this closet organizer is the way to go.
