I found that using this spatula was much easier that using a rubber spatula. It makes icing a cake more manageable than using a butter knife or rubber spatula. You can maneuver this gadget better.

For what it ACTUALLY is, a four and a quarter inch Spatula, it works great. I really like this tool, but unfortunately I thought I was buying a 9 inch angled Spatula because that is what the title says... I was surprised and disappointing to receive the short little spatula in the mail.
