I have had clothes shift around on this changing the weight balance and I have had the entire bottom hoop deal pop off before. Due to the all metal construction you need to be mindful of making sure to put either enough weight or hang long items on it to help keep it steady so it doesn't bang into the glass periodically. Needless to say, you can't leave it on the hook without anything on it because it will smack into the glass when you turn or go over a heavy bump.

I love having a way to handle and direct the way clothes hang in the car. I wanted a better way to carry ministerial robe and items taken to and from the cleaners. This also allows things not to get wrinkled and spares the back seat from being a clothes hamper. I leave the hanger in the car and unless I hit a huge bump it doesn't make a sound. It was and extra to see it could also be used to carry things to and from the car - quick and easy conversion. Does what I needed done. Happy with product. Bought another for a clergy friend.

I bought this because the garment hook in my F250 doesn't do a good job of keeping the hangers on the hook. I used a zip tie to keep this one from sliding off the factory hook. It does a good job holding my clothes from the cleaners but is almost too big for my needs, I just have weekly pick ups from the cleaners and don't necessarily need to travel in my vehicle with hanging clothes. It also has a slight squeak as it swings while driving, I'm sure some WD-40 will solve that. Otherwise the hook is very durable and seems well made.

When I go to the cleaners I usually have a dozen or so items. We do have clothes hooks over the back doors but they don't hold very much. We purchased a couple of different add on hooks that were plastic and both broke after some time. After the last debacle when it broke in several pieces, I decided to see if I could find one made of metal. Well this Heavy Duty Carrier did the trick. I have used it a couple of times and I love it. It easily carries a dozen garments. The only slightly annoying thing is hearing it cling/clanging when it has nothing on it. Easy to avoid by putting in the glove box. I highly recommend this carrier.

When I go to the cleaners I usually have a dozen or so items. We do have clothes hooks over the back doors but they don't hold very much. We purchased a couple of different add on hooks that were plastic and both broke after some time. After the last debacle when it broke in several pieces, I decided to see if I could find one made of metal. Well this Heavy Duty Carrier did the trick. I have used it a couple of times and I love it. This has become a required "staple" for our vehicles. No more broken nails or freshly dry-cleaned and perfectly pressed clothes "downed" in the process of trying to hang them on the handles or factory standard hooks that simply aren't either large enough or easily accessible for the normal hand-to-arm relationship of a human being! This handy little item eliminates the hassle and every time I use it I kick myself for not seeking out something like it earlier (but now I hurt my arm patting myself on the back for having finally acquired it!)
